Remedial massage is an effective treatment for relieving pain and tension throughout the body. By manipulating soft tissues, it helps relax muscles, improve joint mobility, and increase range of motion. Trigger points are sensitive areas within muscle tissue that can develop due to poor posture, repetitive movements, or physical, chemical, and psychological stress.
The number and frequency of treatments will vary depending on the condition being treated. As a general guide, 2–3 sessions can often provide significant relief from discomfort. Ongoing fortnightly treatments may then be recommended until symptoms have fully resolved.

Our therapists are trained to work within these guidelines and are expected to adjust pressure according to the client’s feedback, comfort level, and treatment requirements throughout the session.
