By attending a session of any kind, including attending the Thai Royal Orchid Massage premises, you agree to adhere to our terms of service. These terms are to ensure your health, safety and comfort at all times.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time to change, relax and complete any required consultation. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time and may cause delays for other guests.
To ensure your preferred service and appointment time are available, we recommend booking in advance.
A valid credit card, full payment (where applicable), or gift voucher number may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Before your treatment, your therapist will complete a brief consultation and medical check to discuss your needs, preferences and any areas of concern. Treatments may be adapted to suit your individual requirements.
If at any time during your treatment you feel uncomfortable or would prefer a different pressure level, temperature or approach, please advise your therapist.
A 15% surcharge applies to all treatments and services on public holidays, including gift voucher redemptions.
Promotional offers, discounts and discount vouchers are not valid on public holidays unless otherwise stated.
The following conditions apply to our $20 Birthday Discount Offer:
All Gift Vouchers remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Treatment-specific Gift Vouchers were available for purchase until 30 June 2026. From 1 July 2026, all newly issued Gift Vouchers are issued as Value Gift Vouchers.
Customers who purchased a Treatment Gift Voucher on or before 30 June 2026 may redeem the original treatment purchased without any additional payment if redeemed between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026.
From 1 September 2026 onwards, any Treatment Gift Voucher purchased on or before 30 June 2026 will be treated as a Value Gift Voucher equal to the original purchase value.
Where the current treatment price exceeds the original voucher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference between the voucher value and the current treatment price at the time of redemption.
For example, if a customer purchased a 60-minute treatment voucher at a previous price and redeems it after 1 September 2026, the original purchase value of the voucher will be applied towards the current treatment price and any remaining balance will be payable by the customer.
• Add-ons are incorporated within the treatment time booked and do not extend the duration of the treatment.
• Add-ons are subject to therapist availability and suitability on the day of treatment.
• Certain add-ons may not be available with all services.
• Dry Needling is available as an add-on to selected treatments only.
• Dry Needling is performed only by qualified therapists and where clinically appropriate.
• Complimentary Dry Needling promotions do not provide additional treatment time.
• One complimentary Dry Needling add-on is permitted per voucher redemption.
• Dry Needling availability may vary depending on therapist availability.
• Book & Pay in Full offers must be paid in full before 30 June 2026 to secure current pricing.
• Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package, discount, gift voucher promotion or private health insurance claim unless otherwise stated.
• All promotions are subject to availability and may be amended, substituted or withdrawn without notice.
To avoid disappointment, appointments for evenings, weekends and public holidays should be booked in advance.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment change.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the treatment value.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless prepaid as part of a promotion, package, online booking or gift voucher purchase.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and most major credit cards both in-spa and through our website.
Please leave valuables at home where possible. Royal Orchid Spa & Wellness accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
To ensure the comfort and relaxation of all guests:
• Please keep noise to a minimum.
• Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the premises.
• Children are not permitted in treatment rooms or lounge areas unless receiving a treatment and accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please advise us if you are pregnant when making your booking.
Certain treatments require guests to be beyond their first trimester, while others may not be suitable during pregnancy. Our team will assist in recommending appropriate treatments based on your stage of pregnancy.
Please advise us before your treatment if you have any medical condition, injury, allergy, are pregnant, or are undergoing medical treatment including chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
If you have any concerns regarding your suitability for treatment, we recommend seeking advice from your healthcare professional before your appointment.
We welcome group bookings for birthdays, bridal parties, corporate events and special occasions.
For larger groups, we recommend contacting us well in advance to ensure availability. A deposit may be required to secure group reservations.
Promotional offers, discounts and vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.
No discounts apply to treatments booked on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise stated.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to access spa facilities and treatments independently.
Guests aged 10 years and over may receive selected treatments when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
All personal information collected by Royal Orchid Spa & Wellness is treated as private and confidential and managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
By making a booking, purchasing a gift voucher, redeeming a promotion or receiving a treatment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Cancellation Policy.
