Gift certificates are emailed immediately to the purchaser’s email address, and can be used both online or in our salon. Please ensure your gift certificate code is kept on hand, or alternatively print the PDF of your gift certificate.

Please note the following conditions:

– Gift vouchers must be presented at your appointment.

– Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

– Not redeemable for cash, products, or Private Health Insurance claims.

– Non-transferable and non-refundable.

– Unused vouchers will expire after the validity period.

– No-shows will result in the voucher being redeemed in full.

– Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

– Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

– Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

– Valid Monday to Saturday only.

– Not valid on public holidays.
